Our belief lies in a world where human potential benefits individuals, organizations, and society alike. This perspective views performance and well-being not as opposites but as complementary and mutually enriching. Engagement in various businesses and associations reflects an interest in human nature and connections within the entrepreneurial world. These connections, strengthened by a shared vision and mission, create harmony where interconnectedness, autonomy, and collaboration come together for the greater good.
We aim to offer our guests an immersive experience in a strikingly beautiful landscape, challenging the often limited perceptions of southern Morocco as mere desert expanses. In this haven of tranquility, we plan to accommodate our visitors in 10 spacious 60m² rooms, 2 exceptional 80m² suites, and 2 120m² apartments, all within a serene, refined, and exclusive atmosphere. We plan to create welcoming communal spaces that highlight the history and culture of the southern provinces of Morocco. Our restaurant will focus on pure and healthy cuisine, excluding industrial products, alcohol, and sugary drinks, offering an authentic experience centered around natural ingredients. Outside, a large crystal-clear pool will be surrounded by relaxation areas with loungers and shaded alcoves. Nomadic tents will add a touch of authenticity and elegance for enjoyable evening gatherings.
Dakhlab1975 is firmly committed to contributing to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), weaving these objectives into the very fabric of its operations and long-term vision. This commitment is reflected in concrete and tangible actions within its ecosystem, particularly through the adoption of sustainable development practices. A key example is the integration of renewable energy into its infrastructure, such as the installation of solar panels, aimed at minimizing its carbon footprint and promoting the use of clean and sustainable energy.
As part of our commitment to sustainable construction and environmental respect, our Dakhlab1975 project is also set to become a beacon of innovation in the city of Dakhla, nestled in the heart of the Moroccan Sahara. We plan to integrate three groundbreaking technologies into the construction of our guesthouse: solar electricity production, seawater desalination, and the use of cellular concrete. These three pillars have been carefully chosen to reflect a strategy that is both environmentally friendly and tailored to the specific needs of the region.
Maximizing the Sahara's solar potential by developing large-scale projects to harness solar energy, leveraging the region's exceptional sunlight. This involves the installation of extensive solar farms and the integration of advanced technologies to efficiently convert this abundant solar resource into renewable and sustainable energy, thereby significantly contributing to Morocco's energy self-sufficiency.
Harnessing the abundance of saline resources to transform them into vital assets through innovative desalination and purification techniques. This approach aims to convert saline water into potable water and agricultural resources while exploring opportunities to utilize extracted minerals, thereby contributing to environmental and economic resilience.
Cellular concrete stands as a key material of the future in sustainable construction, thanks to its thermal and acoustic insulation properties, lightweight nature, and fire resistance. Its use reduces the carbon footprint of buildings and provides increased energy efficiency, making it an ideal choice for eco-friendly and innovative construction projects.
With its programs tailored to the needs of the job market, the OFPPT plays a crucial role in skills development in Morocco. The institution will also play an important role for us.
